Randi Towns

Randi Jones, a driven professional with over 10 years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations, is a senior associate director at APCO based in Raleigh, North Carolina. She specializes in developing innovative solutions to complex problems for the firm’s Health team. Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Towns coordinated strategy formation, change management initiatives, and policy and program development at UNC Health. In her last role with UNC Health, she served as the inaugural Director of Health Equity and ushered the organization through cultural and structural transformations to dismantle inequities. The efforts she led during the COVID-19 pandemic received state and national recognition for its innovative strategies and success in advancing equity.

Ms. Towns holds a bachelor’s degree in public health and a master’s degree in health administration, both from the Gilling’s School of Global Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
