Dreamship

Dreamship is a two-year parent leadership fellowship that takes parents on a journey of rest, community, and radical care to design better learning environments for your children.

Coaching

During the Dreamship, you’ll work with educators, organizers, and artists to explore your interests–blending education, art, and wellness. You’ll learn how to create resources that help parents, teachers, and students create ideal learning environments.

Community

We’re at our most powerful when we’re together. As a fellow, you’ll join a powerful community of parent leaders who will affirm, problem-solve, and celebrate with you.

After the Dreamship, fellows become part of a lifelong village of parents committed to affirming and protecting Black Genius.

Rest

Raising children who dream is an act of liberation. And parents, you need care, too. The Dreamship gives fellows time to invest in self-care.

Our programming helps parents radically care for themselves through building self- and collective awareness while also taking intentional time to rest. Fellows get a yearly $12,000 stipend to help cover family costs and support your wellbeing–making it easier for you to dream!
