That’s Just Good Teaching is a two-year professional development fellowship that brings teachers and Black parents together to create ideal learning for children to thrive.
Support
You’ll join a community of practice and learn how to design evidence-based affirming learning strategies for your classroom. Fellows receive a stipend to support strategy design and implementation.
Collaboration
Fellows work with the community to create a shared vision of classrooms that affirm Black and Brown children. You’ll partner with a parent from your school community to design and implement evidence-based strategies in your classroom.
