Sharlee Hansworth

Sharlee is a dedicated mother of four children who are her entire world. She shows up in the world differently because they exist. All of her advocacy efforts stem from her desire to make the world they live in a better place. While Sharlee is most proud of her children, she also takes pride in the improvements she has made on herself to be better for them.

Dream for Black Children

“I want Black children to get a fair shot at life, to be born healthy, and to have every resource possible to establish a foundation for learning. I believe education is liberation for Black children, and I want every Black child to receive a quality education.”
