Joy Spencer

Joy is a mom, an involved community member, and an advocate committed to achieving equity and improving conditions for her people. She comes from a line of advocates, following her mom’s footsteps as a nonprofit leader. Joy is most proud of beating all odds to not become another statistic, despite experiencing many challenges throughout life.
