The Role

VOW is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations within the Finance and Operations Team (FiOps). Operations play a critical role in the organization’s short-term and long-term vision and goals through culture, people and project support, and operational systems.

This role involves coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflow across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will work closely with the Finance and Operations Team.
